My experience with Seth Solutions was excellent! They were very informative and they understood the problems I was having with my phone. They gave me updates for every step of the repair process. The repairs were done very quickly and I got my phone back the same day. They also followed up later to make sure things were still working correctly. We have used Seth Solutions about 3 times now for repairs on my work computer which I cannot really afford to be parted with for long and need reliable repairs to. Our last repair the computer had an issue with my windows licensing and they were helpful in going back and forth this morning to help me fix the issue. Seth and his company are wonderful! He kept me up to date on my laptop so I knew what was going on. I also received a follow up the next day to ask me how things were going.
